1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Subscriptions App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Subscriptions App is a mobile application that helps users:

• Track and manage recurring subscriptions
• Set reminders for upcoming payments
• Monitor total subscription spending
• Organize subscriptions by category
• View subscription history and analytics

3. License Grant

3.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device(s)
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features available in the version you have installed

3.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

4. User Accounts and Data

4.1 No Account Required

The App does not require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device.

4.2 Your Data

• You retain all rights to the subscription data you enter into the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your data
• You are responsible for backing up your data (the App does not provide cloud backup in the free version)
• Data is stored locally and will be deleted if you uninstall the App or clear app data

4.3 Data Accuracy

• The App provides tools for tracking subscriptions, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of information you enter
• You are responsible for verifying your subscription amounts, dates, and billing information with your actual service providers

5. Premium Features and Payments

5.1 In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases, including:

• Ad-free experience
• Advanced analytics
• Cloud backup and sync
• Unlimited subscriptions
• Premium support

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• All purchases are subject to the platform's payment terms
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account

5.3 Subscriptions

• Some premium features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings

5.4 Refunds

• Refund requests are subject to Google Play or Apple App Store policies
• We do not directly control refund processing
• Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund, and we will assist with the process

5.5 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to modify pricing for premium features at any time
• Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions (you will pay the original price until renewal)
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

• The App, including all code, design, graphics, text, and functionality, is owned by Pablo Turrion Dev
• The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• The Subscriptions App name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

6.2 Third-Party Content

• Company logos and service marks displayed in the App belong to their respective owners
• We do not claim ownership of third-party logos or trademarks
• Logos are used for identification purposes only

6.3 Feedback

• If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you
• You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use any feedback you provide

7. Advertisements

7.1 Ad-Supported Version

• The free version of the App may display advertisements
• Ads are provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• Clicking on ads is at your own risk

7.2 Ad-Free Version

• Premium users may access an ad-free version of the App
• Ad-free status is tied to your purchase and device

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• Collect personal information of others without consent

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 Third-Party Links

• The App may contain links to third-party websites or services
• We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites
• Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their terms and policies

9.2 Third-Party Services We Use

• Google Firebase Analytics
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase
• Logo API services

Each service is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 "As Is" Disclaimer

• The App is a tool for tracking subscriptions and does not provide financial advice
• You should consult with financial professionals for financial decisions
• We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on App data

10.3 Limitation of Liability

10.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pablo Turrion Dev and our affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. App Updates and Maintenance

• We may release updates, upgrades, or enhancements to the App
• Updates may be required for continued use of the App
• We are not obligated to provide any updates or bug fixes
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the App unavailable

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• Uninstalling the App terminates your license to use it
• Uninstalling will delete all locally stored data

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and to discontinue the App entirely.

13.3 Effects of Termination

• Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability)

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve the dispute informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
4. No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action

15.3 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Madrid, Spain for any actions not subject to arbitration.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pablo Turrion Dev regarding the App.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

21.1 Apple App Store

• These Terms are between you and Pablo Turrion Dev only, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them

21.2 Google Play Store

• These Terms are between you and Pablo Turrion Dev only, not with Google
• Google is not responsible for the App or its content
• Google has no obligation or liability with respect to the App
